  1. I like to flip the burger over onto the buns when they're done and let them leak out on the bun. get em all slick with burger renderings. Put some jalapenos halves around the edge of the grill and keep em brushed with butter and season them. btw the best seasonings/rub (in my opinion) is Head Country

  2. I need to stop watching there videos late at night, they just make me really hungry. I've done the 50/50 burgers before, but I left the bacon in a bit bigger chunks so you can really get a piece of bacon.

  6. so once the burger tightens up you could put it on direct heat to sear right ? Looks yum…I'd just want a bit caramelization I think. Provolone is the Cheese Of The Gods btw.
