That frittata you made for brunch looks fancy AF, but the fact that you made it three days ago can be our little secret. Make a frittata (or two) when you have a free hour, pop them in the freezer, then reheat when you’re hungry… or surprised by hungry visitors.
A giant bowl of this cozy chili tastes even better if you don’t have to make it after a long day. Better yet, divide the chili into individual portions and stash them in the freezer—and if you know what’s good for you, make sure to find a square of cornbread to eat with the stew.

“On-the-go breakfast” does not always mean “chocolate-covered granola bar.” At least, not if these egg nests are on your radar. Whether you’re a sweet-potato-and-bacon-omelet kind of person or one of those cram-literally-every-veggie-into-my-eggs folks, you’re going to want to pack more than one.
Nothing is as good an afternoon pick-me-up as a hit of something sweet, but you know better than to opt for a candy bar. Because why would you ever want caramel stuck in your teeth when you can pop bites that are just as satisfying? They’re basically oatmeal cookies, but better for you. Need we say more? Store in the freezer and defrost as needed.
Plug in the slow cooker and get to work on this delicious main. Shred the chicken over grains and greens for dinner tonight, then take the rest for lunch later this week. Knowing you have the tastiest lunch (or dinner) to look forward to is sure to take the edge off a lagging day.
OK, our typical pizza meal prep is defrosting a fat slice leftover from last weekend, but we’re open to creativity. This quick meal throws you a few more veggies than a standard slice, and while it takes a little more time to put together, you’ll feast on the leftovers for the next few days—and we can’t find anything wrong with that.
